DELIVERY METHODS ?

At present, we work with Bpost, DHL, DPD and Colissimo.
We deliver at home (Bpack) or Point Relais in most European countries.
We suggest the delivery in point Relais because less expensive for you and 30% less polluting in CO2 rejection.
It is also possible to pick up your package FOR FREE in our Brussels's showroom. In this case, select the "Showroom pickup> 1200 Bxl" tab in the delivery choices. An email will follow with the full address of our showroom.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED ?

We have a normal delivery time of 8 to 15 days after the end of an order. Upon receipt of your payment, we place the order and our suppliers ship the products to our warehouse. Upon disposition and processing of items, they will be shipped to you. Our delivery times are longer compared to a traditional online store. This is due to the fact that we do not store little or no products.
Thanks to this, we reduce our storage, security, heating and electricity costs while minimizing our carbon footprint to the maximum. A gesture for the planet!
Some items take longer to be delivered. In this case, it is mentioned in the specifications (specs) of the product or in your order email.
If a problem occurs during delivery, please notify us within 48 hours, as soon as possible to notify without delay and take the necessary action.

I WANT A DELIVERY IN POINT RELAIS BUT IMPOSSIBLE TO SELECT AN ADDRESS BY MYSELF ?

It's normal. Our program chooses it for you.There are several reasons for this: We are sure that the Relais Point still exists, with the widest possible opening hours and days. And always closer to your home!

CAN I SAVE ON DELIVERY COSTS BY GROUPING SEVERAL ITEMS IN ONE ORDER ?

YES. Delivery charges are calculated based on your final order, based on weight and dimensions. The more products you have, the better your shipping costs will be. Item grouping is only possible if you select the same address and delivery method.
Be aware that different brands of products can have a different delivery time.
Always check the specifications (specs) of th products, to see if a longer delivery time is expected.

WHAT EUROPEAN COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER ?

We currently ship to the following European countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Poland, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria.

If you can not find your country in the list, send us an e-mail via our Contact page with the subject "Shipping Country xxx" and we will confirm if we can ship the products in your country and what will be the delivery costs.

SHIPPING COST ?

Delivery charges are calculated automatically based on your address, weight and total volume of items ordered. During the processing of your order and well before the confirmation of your order we provide you an estimate of the amount of the delivery costs, according to your postal code and your country of origin.

WHAT IF NOBODY IS PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY ?

Nothing. In case of absence, our carrier will leave a notice in your mailbox. This will authorize you to have your package delivered or collected according to the methods indicated by the carrier. In the event that the product is not collected within the time specified by the carrier (usually 15 days), the products will be returned to Parideo and you will have to pay the cost of an additional transport to receive it again. Plus 2€ for processing fees.

HOW IS MY ORDER PACKED ?

As we pay attention to our environment, we try to pack your order in recycled boxes and kraft paper. And we ensure that the products are always packaged correctly and according to the strictest quality requirements. Feel free to recycle your boxes or reuse them for other things.
