◾ DELIVERY - METHODS AND CARRIERS ?
At present, we mainly work with DPD.
With home delivery (Bpack) and/or Point Relais in most European countries.
Choosing a Point Relais delivery is cheaper and 30% less polluting. A respectful choice for our planet!
It is also possible to pick up your package FOR FREE in our Brussels's showroom.
Choose the "Showroom pickup" tab in your delivery choices.
An email will then be sent to you to specify the availability of your order.
DELIVERY TIME ?
Allow 3 working days if the item is in stock.
If the item needs to be ordered, the delivery time may be longer.
In this specific case, we mention it in the "specs" tab of the product page.
If a problem occurs during delivery, please notify us as soon as possible in order to take appropriate action.
HOW TO CHOOSE A RELAY POINT DELIVERY ?
Our program will take care of the rest and will automatically select the Point Relais closest to you.
The reason for our system makes it possible to select secure Relay Points, with the widest possible opening hours and days.
WHAT EUROPEAN COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER ?
We currently ship to the following European countries:
Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Germany, Monaco, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Poland, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria.
For reasons of customs charges, we no longer deliver to Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
If you cannot find your country in the list, send us an email through our contact form and we will confirm if we can ship to your country and what the charges will be.
◾ SHIPPING COST ?
The delivery costs are calculated automatically on the basis of your address, the weight and the total volume of the items ordered.
This may be free or reduced by an ongoing promotion.
When processing your order and, well before its confirmation, you can view an estimate of the amount of costs, based on your postal code and your country of origin.

WHAT IF NOBODY IS PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY ?
Nothing. In case of absence, our carrier will leave a notice in your mailbox.
This will authorize you to have your package delivered or collected according to the methods indicated by the carrier.
In the event that the product is not collected within the time specified by the carrier (usually 15 days), the products will be
returned to Parideo and you will have to pay the cost of an additional transport to receive it again. Plus 6€ for processing fees.
HOW IS MY ORDER PACKED ?
Our products are always packaged correctly and according to the strictest quality requirements.
We pay special attention to our environment and try to pack your order in recycled cardboard boxes
and with kraft paper. Do not hesitate to reuse them later for other things or recycle them in turn.
Our invoices are printed on recycled paper with © Ecofont, which reduces the rate of ink used by 25-30%.
MY ITEM IS DAMAGED / BROKEN / MISSING. WHAT TO DO ?
If you notice a problem at the time of delivery we ask you to contact us as soon as possible through our online form or by phone.
Note that you are responsible for receiving the product in the presence of the carrier.If no damage claim is made within 48 hours of receipt, Parideo will not
be responsible for any damage or lack of items.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT ?
Yes! You have the legitimate right to inform us of your intention to return the product,
within a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the items.
All products on our Eshop are returnable, unless otherwise stated.
Returned products must be intact, in perfect condition for resale and in their original packaging.
They must not have been used and suffer from deterioration, however minimal.
The product must be in a state of perfect cleanliness.
Any product damaged, incomplete or whose packaging is damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.
In case of recovery and after verification of your returned package, you will be refunded the amount to the bank account
from which the payment was issued, within 15 working days.
In all cases, PARIDEO will do everything possible to reimburse you quickly.
Return FEES ?
The costs of returning an order are fully payable by the customer.
And is equal to the price of your shipment, selected during your initial order. If your order was delivered free of charge, it is equivalent to the price of a classic home delivery.
These will be automatically deducted from your refund / credit note.
In the exceptional case of an error in your order or a breakage related to the carrier, these will be taken care of by Parideo.
CAN I EXCHANGED ORDERED PRODUCTS ?
No. We offer a refund or credit on returned items.
In the exceptional case of an error on our part on your delivery, the exchange will be possible.
◾ RETURN - How to proceed ?
1- Contact us as quickly as possible via our contact form or by phone
2- Take pictures of the items you want to return. In the event of a dispute, these will serve as possible evidence.
3- Go to the la RETURN PAGE and follow all the instructions.
4- Carefully pack your products to avoid any movement and breakage.
The products must be in their original packaging and be accompanied by the invoice.
5- Print and paste the return label.
6- Take 2 photos of the package to be returned: a photo of the package with the box open and another with the box closed.
7- Go to the selected Relay Point to drop off your package and ask for proof of shipment (very important).
Any failure on these different points may be subject to a non-refund of your returned items.
